Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). Contact us if you require postage to another destination
In the case of deliveries by courier, you may choose a delivery address which is different to your billing address, please make sure there’ll be someone there to sign for it for you as we do require a signature to confirm delivery.
If there is no-one available at the delivery address to accept the order, the courier will leave a card asking you to arrange collection from your nearest depot, or to arrange a re-delivery.
Please note that orders are only dispatched Monday to Friday.
UK Standard Delivery Free Delivery may take up to 3 working days.

Returns
Refund Policy:
If you’ve changed your mind about your purchase, please return it in its original condition, unworn and undamaged, with proof of purchase and we’ll happily exchange or refund the product for you.
Please return products to us within 14 days of receiving your order to:

Please note that it can take up to 5 working days for the bank to transfer the funds to you.
Refunds will be issued to the credit, debit or PayPal account originally used to make payment.
Products that can’t be returned:
We can’t offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on Stationery, Underwear, Nightwear or Jewellry products.
How to return via post:
Please enclose your completed Delivery Receipt, and pack your return securely. Please send your return via the Royal Mail. Return postage is to be paid by the customer.
Please remember to ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate and keep it for your reference until you have received your refund. The Post Office will stamp this and should supply a tracking reference number to prove the item(s) has been returned. Without this we cannot process a refund if we do not receive the returned order. As long as the returns label provided in your order’s packaging is used, then this return is completely free of charge within the mainland United Kingdom.
Returns to our Sister Store:
You can return your order for a refund or exchange with your order confirmation at our Sister Shop (Chain Reaxtion, 2A Church Street, Honley, Huddersfield West Yorkshire HD9 6AH) within 14 days, from the day you received your Product.
Damaged or faulty Products:
Damaged or faulty Products must be reported as soon as you possibly can via email at enquiriestochainreaxtion@outlook.com or by calling us on 07868 272663. Please include your Order number, Name, Contact details with a description of the damaged/faulty Product. To maintain our high levels of customer service and to ensure you remain a satisfied customer, we will provide a full refund of the price you paid for the damaged/faulty Product and any shipping costs, or alternatively, we will guarantee a replacement Product.
Damaged or faulty Products must be returned to us as soon as you possibly can, and in any case, within 14 days from the date of purchase. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the damaged/faulty Product. We would kindly ask you to return the Product via a recorded delivery method, as we will not be liable for any loss whilst in transit.
